Math Homework this weekend

We had a couple of slow moments in math today. Three of the 5th graders have a small amount of homework for the weekend -- basically, shouldn't take more than 10-20 minutes. Please let your child do his/her do the work alone :) Thanks! Have a great weekend, and I'll see everyone Monday morning!

Math!

Today we had our first math race -- and a total ringer won! All 5 children did a great job. I'm just loving this class! Please -- look at the email about oatmeal and send some in tomorrow. Thanks!

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! One of my personal goals this year is to keep this blog up to date. The first order of business will be an explanation of the new school-wide "No Homework" policy. Look for the next blog!
